This diamond has a delicious light purple pink color- very apparent, and quite lovely. Pink is quite rare in diamonds, and very very special. The color manifests itself in a different way than the shade of Yellow for example. A faint yellow is fainter than a faint pink. Once we get to "Fancy Light" when pink is in the color- it's very apparent. That is the case here.

The shape is a organic cushion. Very nicely cut for sparkle. The cut allows the violaceous violet shade to shine thru. Indeed, the lucky new owner of this diamond will experience flashes of magenta, lavendar, and plum. The purple aspect is quite remarkable in a diamond.

This diamond has 3 VS2 tpe imperfections. This is great news- none are black, and none are large, or opaque. The net result is an entirely eye clean diamond.
