
The second reason is the color - owing to the fact that it is viewed as a "lucky " Fancy Yellow.
It looks more like a Fancy Light yellow to me. Still a great color. Just
not as dark as I expect from a "Fancy Yellow"
Fancy Color ranges can't nearly as well defined as the colorless ranges. That is to say- it's easier to define the absence of color- as opposed to the presence of color. In some cases- borderline stones- a particular Fancy Light Yellow might actually have a deeper yellow color than this diamond. Other diamonds
that have been graded Fancy Yellow are borderline Fancy Intense Yellows- which are much darker than this one.
Anyway, as I said, the color is
very nice- light lemon yellow. And the price is about what we sell Fancy
Light Yellow for.
