Here's a faint yellow
Emerald Cut Diamond that is transformed by fluorescence.
Emerald
cuts, in general, show less color than a radiant of similar body color. O-P
is faint yellow yet this emerald cut, in room lighting without a lot of UV
content, looks quite yellow
Below,
indirect sunlight transforms it halfway there. I can still see some yellow.
As you can
see from these photos, in some lighting the yellow color is obvious.
The
shots below, taken in direct sunlight, has the stone looking positively
blue.
It's a
great cut with obvious lively steps. it has good visual size for it's weight.
At a GIA rated VVS2, it's a meticulously clean stone.
